Shane and Simon partnered with MOS, More On Simplicity Design, a renowned firm celebrated for its sleek and functional product designs.
Together, they embarked on a deep dive into the wellness industry, analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Through iterative design workshops, they sculpted Haven's aesthetics and ergonomics, ensuring that every curve and feature was crafted to enhance user experience. The outcome was a series of detailed sketches and 3D models that brought their vision closer to reality.
Prototyping and Material Mastery

Once the design was solidified, the focus shifted to creating a tangible prototype. The team meticulously selected materials that would not only ensure durability but also align with environmental sustainability standards.

Frustrated by the lack of suitable ice bath products available in Europe, Simon embarked on a new venture alongside his friend Shane McAvinchey. Together, they pooled their expertise and resources to develop an innovative ice bath designed to meet the unique needs of fitness enthusiasts and wellness aficionados alike.
Simon Conway
Born in Ireland, Simon Conway has built a career that blends his passion for wellness with his expertise in business. After starting in sales and marketing at just 20, Simon spent two decades refining his skills across various industries. In 2014, he relocated to Munich, Germany, where he merged his professional acumen with his love for health and fitness, launching Evolve Fitness—a bespoke personal training service for the English-speaking expat community.
Evolve Fitness quickly grew into a thriving business, and in 2020, Simon expanded by opening a second studio in Barcelona, Spain. Together, the studios cater to over 350 personal training sessions monthly, earning a reputation for quality and client-centered care.
Recognizing the growing importance of recovery in the health and fitness space, Simon is now focused on pioneering innovations in wellness, including sauna and cold-water therapy. His entrepreneurial journey reflects his dedication to empowering others to achieve their potential through holistic health and wellness.
Shane McAvinchey
Born in Tipperary, Ireland, Shane McAvinchey has established himself as an industry leader and innovator, blending a celebrated career in Irish dance with entrepreneurial success. A former top 5 World Championships medalist, Shane joined Riverdance at just 16, touring internationally and gaining a global perspective on culture, performance, and wellness.
Beyond performing, Shane emerged as a trusted figure in the Irish dance industry, taking on principal roles, choreographing for global productions, and teaching masterclasses. He founded Irish Dance Pro Ltd., introducing the groundbreaking Irish Dancing Practice Pad, a product that has transformed training for dancers worldwide and showcased his talent for creating solutions that address industry needs.
Shane’s innovative approach extends to marketing, where he has cultivated a strong reputation for connecting with global audiences and building impactful brands. With a passion for wellness and entrepreneurship, Shane continues to lead with vision, bringing creativity and expertise to every venture.
